I just did this Victoria Secret Model Workout video.
Literally out of breath as I type this.
I am getting back into a fitness routine and diet plan. I have been staled for so long that I gave up on the strict diet and have opted for just eating healthier and getting some type of exercise everyday.
I actually found this video thanks to Pinterest. I clicked on it to see what it was about and viola!
This 10 minute workout is actually really great. My legs and bottom are burning right now and I am out of breath.
The best part is that I can fit 10 minutes in everyday, along with some other workouts throughout the week and maybe I can get this rusty body back into shape.
I just wanted to share this video for anyone looking to get into shape. Especially in the leg area.
