What’s in your handbag?

This is a fun link up post I found at momandwife.com blog (which I love!) and wanted to participate. This is funny because I actually switched bags just last week. My Nine West bag that I had been carrying was far too dark for summer and with two kids to maintain I had not found time to switch over the contents. Finally last Friday I went through my closet and found a cute bag for summer. I got it for Christmas last year and the coral color just wasn’t working in the dead of winter so I had never used it and actually forgot about it. Oops.

My New Directions Coral handbag is fabulous. Not too big, but large enough to throw some extra things in if needed. Like toys, snacks etc.

My Louis Vuitton wallet that I have had for years. I just switched to this again. I had been using another wallet for a while, but found this one while digging through the closet to find a new bag.

Like most everyone else I have my keys and cell phone along with a checkbook that I hardly ever
use.

I have to have spare paper in my purse for some reason. It comes in handy to jot down notes, when my two year old is screaming in the grocery store and needs something to do, or when I am out and think of something I need to do I can write it down. I also write my grocery list and my running list of items I need to pick up in there. So I keep a handy journal that is small enough to fit but big enough so that it doesn’t take 12 pages to make a grocery list.

Because of the kids I always end up with unwanted stains on their clothes as well as mine and have ruined many shirts by not being prepared. Therefore Shout wipes are a necessity.

Diapers and wipe case round out the inside of the purse.

On the inside zipper is my chap stick and lip gloss. Must haves. Blistex Deep Renewal, Estee Lauder Praline Pure Color Gloss and Maybelline Superstay Gloss Glass Rose color
