Dieting week..who knows!!!

So despite my aching kidneys and horrible pain I have managed to loose some weight. The pain is getting better and I am not passing as many anymore so I  have been getting plenty of exercise this week. I even started jogging in intervals. I am down to a total weight loss of 30 pounds. Amazing. I am so stoked to even say that. It has taken me a lot longer than I had planned and it has been harder work than I thought, but I am proud of myself for such an accomplishment. It makes me feel good about myself and I can look in the mirror without feeling disgusted by my weight. I have no clothes to wear anymore, but that gives me more motivation to finish my weight loss so that I can buy a new wardrobe. Can’t wait til the end result. I just have to push through a little more.
